The development of scalable 1.25 eV mixed Pb–Sn perovskite solar modules by blade coating lags behind Pb‐based perovskites due to limited understanding solution–substrate interaction the ink on PEDOT:PSS and subsequent gas quenching. To address this challenge, wet film deposition quenching process better understand narrow bandgap formation are studied. It is found that wetting highly unstable over relevant time scales, causing contact angles decrease rapidly from 42° 16° within seconds. This instability leads localized irregularities in film, resulting uneven solvent extraction inhomogeneous nuclei density. As a result, rough films with voids at buried interface obtained. overcome problem, quasistatic reducing speed developed, thereby stabilizing behavior precursor PEDOT:PSS. optimized facilitates high‐quality, void‐free uniform thickness 8 cm length using moderate (1.4 bar) N 2 20% efficient cells minimodules 15.8% active area efficiency 15.9 achieved.
