Abstract Defects at grain boundaries and energy level mismatch the perovskite film/carbon electrode interface in printable mesoscopic solar cells (p‐MPSCs) lead to non‐radiative carrier recombination large open‐circuit voltage ( V OC ) losses. Herein, a method for post‐treating films p‐MPSCs room‐temperature using halogen‐free aromatic amines, including Benzylamine (BA), 1‐Naphthalenemethylamine (NMA), 1‐Naphthalenecarboximidamide (NFA), is reported. The amines prevent formation of iodine vacancy defects by interacting with under‐coordinated Pb 2+ , significantly reducing trap state density films. Meanwhile, can form low‐dimensional perovskites type II alignment interface, which suppresses interfacial carriers reduces loss. As result, champion power conversion efficiency (PCE) based on NFA post‐treatment improved from 17.51% control devices 20.27%, increased 0.975 1.049 V. Furthermore, unencapsulated retained more than 95% their initial PCE after being stored air 3500 h. provides simple green approach preparing high‐efficiency stable p‐MPSCs.
