Flexible wearable devices demonstrate immense potential in healthcare and human-computer interaction, yet the development of high-performance flexible pressure sensors for these applications remains a pressing technical challenge. Inspired by structure commonly used airbag combs, an airbag-like comb sensor (ALCS) was designed fabricated using laser direct writing (LDW) technology. By incorporating to enhance variation contact area between sensing electrode layers, coupled with pore design further boost unit strain, ALCS achieved ultrawide detection range (1.27-2783.815 kPa), high sensitivity (up 21.53 kPa-1), exceptionally fast response/recovery times (3.4 ms/34 ms). To tackle issue lacking dynamic sign language recognition systems, we intelligent glove (ALCIG) based on ALCS, which, when integrated machine learning algorithms, precise 8 types language, offering efficient solution barrier-free communication individuals speech impairments. evaluate capabilities ALCIG its applicability diverse scenarios, developed virtual keyboard letter test involving 26 categories. The results demonstrated that even highly complex targets, successfully collected data accurate classification, showcasing significant gesture classification tasks.
