Postmyocardial infarction (MI), oxidative stress and insufficient blood supply contribute to impaired cardiac repair, while the subsequent formation of fibrotic scar tissue, characterized by poor electrical conductivity, further exacerbates dysfunction. Here, we compounded angiogenesis-promoting peptide (KRX) with effective pro-angiogenic effects conductive material carboxylated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) through electrostatic interaction, thus preparing CNT/KRX. Subsequently, prepared electroactive hydrogel (Gel@CK) compounding CNT/KRX natural polysaccharide hydrogel. This design endows both conductivity function promoting angiogenesis. In vitro, showed scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS), cell compatibility, promoted endothelial MI model, significantly angiogenesis mitigated stress. Furthermore, it effectively shortened Q wave, R wave S (QRS) interval enhanced tissue integration. The indices measured echocardiography tests immunohistochemical analyses indicate that has improved reduced infarct size. composite demonstrates remarkable therapeutic potential for cardiovascular diseases dual modulation myocardial microenvironment activity.
