Polymer-based textiles have a major impact on human well-being, as they provide the desired functional protection and aesthetic comfort when worn. However, natural synthetic polymer-based can also pose serious health risks, are surfaces that allow adhesion of various bacteria, including pathogenic bacteria. To minimise these problems, antibacterial chemical treatments generally applicable in case textiles. to avoid use potentially toxic chemicals, sustainable approaches require customised design non-adhesive textiles, considering their chemical, physicochemical, constructional, textural properties. Before designing, several articles required gain sufficient knowledge described object. Despite urgent need combat bacteria (on textiles), which global risk, only few review been published address bacterial context superhydrophobic textile materials, while one article holistically addresses factors influence this phenomenon. Atopic dermatitis (AD), a prevalent skin condition often complicated by microbial infection, poses significant challenge in identifying the responsible pathogen for its effective management. However, reliable, safe tool pinpointing source of these infections remains elusive. In this study, novel on-site detection that combines chemically functionalized nanotopology with genetic analysis is proposed to capture and analyze pathogens closely associated severe atopic dermatitis.
