Abstract Rice husk is a byproduct of rice production, often discarded or burned, leading to environmental pollution. In this study, fiber‐reinforced polypropylene (RF/PP) composites were prepared using physical foaming injection molding technique. The effects fiber content on the physical, mechanical, and properties RF/PP composite analyzed. results showed that incorporation RF reduced melt flow rate, enhanced crystallinity PP, increased both density moisture sensitivity. RFs uniformly dispersed within PP matrix, improving stability process. developed foamed not only significantly material (by 10%–14%) but also improved mechanical properties, including 26.18% increase in flexural strength 58.85% impact strength, while reducing carbon emissions by nearly 10%. This provides sustainable solution for applications automotive lightweighting, construction materials, related fields. research promote high‐value utilization agricultural waste, support development circular economy, provide technological companies fulfill their responsibilities enhance market competitiveness.
