This work presents a novel nanostructured material SnO2/multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) as sensing film for the detection of acetone and ethanol vapors. The fabrication SnO2/MWCNT chemoresistive sensors demonstrates cost-effective hydrothermal method using centrifugation technique. investigation synthesized SnO2/MWCNTs nanocomposite represents various techniques, such scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) elementary analysis, EDX mapping, diffraction (XRD) analysis. sensor exhibits rapid response/recovery behavior toward (53/5 s) (86/3 while showing satisfactory values responsiveness (Sact = 90.5 Setn 21, n 100 ppm). low limit these vapors is assigned concentration 1 ppm, where discernible responses are elicited. Thus, production efforts have yielded high-end volatile organic compound (VOC) detector, highly suitable human technological engineering activity.

In the realms of modern medicine and environmental monitoring, there is an escalating demand for bacterial detection technologies that are rapid, precise, highly sensitive. Conventional methods, however, often hindered by their time-intensive nature, procedural complexity, reliance on specialized laboratory equipment. This study introduces innovative approach utilizing bovine serum albumin (BSA) as dielectric layer lysozyme (LYZ) sensing in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). The combination BSA LYZ enhances both biocompatibility sensitivity, enabling precise differentiation between Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. not only stabilizes electrical performance OFET but also offers biodegradability water solubility, contributing to sustainability. These biocompatible OFETs can accurately detect concentrations ranging from 104 108 CFU/mL, with real-time response capabilities via multispike measurements. research represents a significant step forward development advanced, portable biosensors use complex biological environments, advancing technology.
