Polyallylamine Hydrochloride-Modified Bovine Serum Albumin Nanoparticles Loaded with α-Solanine for Chemotherapy of Pancreatic Cancer

nanoparticle

serum
albumin
as
carrier,

polyallylamine
hydrochloride
surface
modification
to
enhance
α-Sol
delivery.
PBSO
NPs
were
characterized
transmission
electron
microscopy,
dynamic
light
scattering,
size
analyzers,
Fourier-transform
infrared
spectroscopy.
Their
in
vitro
drug
release
profile
cellular
uptake
capabilities
evaluated.
Furthermore,
experiments

of
