Abstract Extending the layer spacing of (001) planes to regulate mobility Zn 2+ is widely adopted optimize performance VOPO 4 ·2H 2 O cathode for zinc‐ion batteries. Thus, as‐prepared harvests exceptional discharge capacity, impressive rate capability, remarkable long‐cycle stability at high mass loading. Notably, electrode (15 mg cm −2 ) provides a capacity 213.5 mAh g −1 ultrahigh areal 3.02 0.1 A showing great potential applications. This study highlights orientated strategy facilitating ion storage migration, offering novel perspectives on development high‐performance electrodes beyond.
