Abstract
With
the
accelerated
aging
of
global
population,
incidence
neurodegenerative
diseases
(NDDs)
is
increasing
year
by
year.
Because
presence
blood–brain
barrier
(BBB),
low
concentration
biomarkers
in
peripheral
blood
and
penetration
rate
drugs
through
BBB
into
brain
hinders
development
diagnosis
treatment
NDDs.
As
an
effective
mediator
to
penetrate
both
directions,
extracellular
vesicles
(EVs)
have
attracted
much
attention
early
NDDs
because
their
superior
performance
as
drug
carriers
detection
biomarkers.
