Bioactive antimicrobial films play important roles in various fields, such as biodegradable interfaces, tissue regeneration, and biomedical applications where preventing infection, biocompatibility, immune rejection are important. In the present study, bioactive POSS-doped Ti3C2Tx MXene filled PLA composite film was prepared using solution casting method for applications. The contact angle tests were investigated to reveal usability of thin decreased from 85.92° degrees pure 72.23° on films. antibacterial performance, cytotoxicity cell viability assessments have also been thoroughly investigated. Antibacterial revealed that effectively inhibited growth E. coli S. aureus by 65.93% 80.63%, respectively, within 4 h. These inhibition rates observed 58.32% 54.97% aureus, after 24 Cytotoxicity demonstrated PMPs consistently showed higher due combination POSS MXene. obtained results suggest is a promising candidate cases bacterial high biocompatibility critical importance.
