Metal-free perovskites (MFPs) have recently become a newcomer in X-ray detection due to their flexibility and low toxicity characteristics. However, photoelectronic properties stability should be further improved mainly through materials design. Here, the aminoazanium of DABCO2+ was developed for preparation NDABCO-NH4Br3 (NDABCO = N-amino-N'-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octonium) single crystals (SCs), its physical properties, intermolecular interactions, device performance were systematically explored. Notably, can achieve by enlarging defect formation energy inducing abundant forces. Moreover, slight lattice distortion could ensure weakening electron-phonon coupling improving carrier transport. In particular, after long-chain NDABCO2+ introduction retard thermal expansion high-quality crystals. Finally, corresponding detector delivered moderate sensitivity 623.3 μC Gyair-1 cm-2. Abstract Zero‐dimensional (0D) structure‐based manganese metal halides (MHs) are believed to be the most promising candidates for next‐generation X‐ray scintillators due their intense radioluminescence and environmental friendliness. However, low‐temperature (<180 °C), large‐area integration with more efficient detection remains a tremendous challenge. Herein, from perspective of cation (ionic liquids) structure design, basic physical parameters 0D MHs regulated. And calculations experimental results demonstrate larger‐size cations that induce lower melting temperatures, larger exciton‐binding energies, ion migration energy, tunable hardness, which desirable MHscintillators. As result, champion materialHTP 2 MnBr 4 is achieved as glassy transparency wafer by (165 °C) melt‐quenching. Its application imaging features high spatial resolution (17.28 lp mm −1 ), scalability (>30 × 30 cm strong coupling force. Furthermore, HTP glass reproducible properties demonstrates light yield (38 000 photon MeV excellent irradiation stability, low limit (0.13 µGy s ). The authors believe this work will provide guidance MHscintillators further commercial applications.

However, iodine-based high-performance MFPs are tended oxidation, corrosion, uncontrolled ion migration, resulting in poor material stability device performance. Herein, strongly electronegative PF6- pseudohalide is used fabricate large-size MDABCO-NH4 (PF6 )3 (MDBACO = methyl-N'-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octonium) single crystals (SCs) for solving problems iodine ions. After pseudohalides, Coulomb interaction hydrogen bonding strength enhanced alleviate ion-migration problems. Moreover, combined with theoretical calculations, pseudohalides increase barrier, affect contribution its components energy band a broadening bandgap. Meanwhile, improved physical properties, such as large activation ionic high resistivity, low current drift, further expand application low-dose sensitive Finally, detector based on SCs achieves sensitivity 2078 µC Gyair-1 cm-2 (highest among metal-free SCs-based detectors) lowest detectable dose rate (16.3 nGyair s-1 ). Abstract Copper metal halides have emerged as a strong contender in the scintillator field due to self‐trapped excitons (STEs) mechanism. However, their development has been hindered by preparation process. Single crystals long growth cycles and cannot achieve large areas flexibility. Quantum dots low yield can easily cause chemical pollution, thickness of films prepared spin coating be controlled. To address these challenges, new method for preparing Cs 3 Cu 2 Cl 5 using sequential vacuum evaporation is developed. This allows successful large‐area (≈100 cm ) flexible films. The STEs mechanism gives it unique properties such Stokes shift that reduces self‐absorption effects, wide full width at half‐maximum improves coupling with photodiodes. Therefore, applied X‐ray imaging light ≈30 000 photons MeV −1 , spatial resolution over 10 lp mm detection limit below 0.8 µGy air s . In addition, film enables effective dynamic clear on non‐planar objects. It also exhibits good resistance harsh environments, maintaining performance after 150 days. believed provides an important idea scintillators.
