radical
donors

rhodamine
scaffold.

light
irradiation
triggered
release
highly
oxidative
radicals,
concomitantly
generating
dye
real-time
monitoring.
In
vitro
studies
demonstrated
delivery
which
subsequently
induced
concentration-dependent
stress
specific
compartments.
Notably,
this
resulted
in
membrane
damage
modulation
macrophage
polarization,
providing
clear
evidence
potential
radicals
regulating
redox
balance
inflammatory
responses.
The
ACR575
provides
toolset
biology
regulation,
enabling
precise
radical-mediated
showing
applications
cancer
therapy.

Cy7
longer
polymethine
dyes,
highlights
organic‐specific
in‐cell
cyanines
via
the
newly‐established
pseudo‐trimerization
method
using
a
single
exogenous
precursor
activatable
by
visible
light,

radicals
or
reactive
oxygen
species.
