In this work, magnetic biochars (MBCs) were produced with the chemical coprecipitation method. The resulting materials dried at 50 °C for 12 h and characterized via SEM-EDS, XRD, FT-IR, BET, TGA, VSM techniques to evaluate their efficacy in removing Congo red (CR). effects of solution pH, CR concentration, MBC1:1 mass, a variety ions on adsorption performance systematically examined. According experimental results, 200 mL mg/L CR, highest capacity 20 mg was 172.88 mg/g 2 period pH 7. Additionally, pseudo-second-order (PSO) model-based kinetic analysis exhibited that process adhered model. Furthermore, interaction between best described by Langmuir multilayer adsorption, according isotherm analysis. All these theoretical practical findings point great potential as adsorbents applications wastewater treatment.
