Abstract Biodiesel has recently emerged as a renewable and environmentally benign fuel substitute for fossil‐derived energy sources. The use of heterogeneous solid catalysts the generation biodiesel from biomass‐derived fats oils is sustainable. Among various reported catalyst supports, metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) have been popular choices enhancing catalytic activity synthesis because several outstanding features including porosity, high surface area, adjustable structures, uniform pore sizes. In this research, authors synthesized novel nanocomposite MOF‐supported hydroxyapatite (UiO‐66@HAp) using facile impregnation technique characterization as‐synthesized was performed by different spectroscopic methods powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), field emission gun‐scanning electron microscope (FEG‐SEM), dispersive (EDS), resolution transmission microscopy (HR‐TEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), N 2 adsorption–desorption techniques. After successful synthesis, property prepared material evaluated in palm oil transesterification into biodiesel. Product formation confirmed 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, 13 C NMR, FTIR, gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC–MS) influence reaction variables such dosage, methanol/oil molar ratio, temperature reaction, time also studied. outcomes revealed that maximum yield (∼97%) obtained when 6 wt% used with 6:1 ratio at 70 °C h. It observed that, even after 5 cycles reuse, capable producing significant amounts (over 90%). results suggest holds promising future sustainable production

Abstract Preventing the recombination of photoinduced charge carriers in different semiconductor photocatalysts is crucial but high‐performance photocatalyst still challenging. Herein, we report synthesis a novel heterojunction cobalt‐doped hydroxyapatite with CuWO 4 i. e. Co‐HAp@CuWO nanocomposite by simple and facile ultrasonication technique. The morphological structural features composite was examined using PXRD, FTIR, SEM, EDS, TEM, UV‐DRS XPS techniques. optical analysis showed that band gap Co‐HAp@CuWO4 1.59 eV which very much lower than pure HAp. photocatalytic efficiency assessed degradation Eosin Y dye under solar light irradiation. result capacity 94.5 % after 70 minutes irradiation it follows pseudo first‐order kinetics. impact reaction parameters such as catalyst amount, initial concentration dye, solution pH also examined. recyclability test synthesized material highly stable visible‐light driven degradation. Heterogeneous catalytic efficacy prepared crossed aldol condensation benzaldehyde acetone outcomes confirmed dibenzylideneacetone (DBA) formed outstanding yields optimum conditions.
