Abstract
Metal‐containing
liquid
crystals
such
as
Ln(III)
complexes
possess
unique
structural,
liquid‐crystalline
(LC),
optical,
and
magnetic
properties
represent
modern
cutting‐edge
multifunctional
materials.
Application
of
mesogenic
is
hindered
by
their
nontrivial
structure–property
relationships.
These
relationships,
in
turn,
depend
on
various
factors,
including
insufficiently
studied
physicochemical
processes.
Although
a
proper
element
the
respective
ligand
environment
are
selected
prior
to
synthesis
complexes,

Abstract
BACKGROUND
The
reduction
in
agricultural
product
quality
and
yield
caused
by
fungal
bacterial
plant
diseases
has
led
to
considerable
economic
losses
global
crop
production
poses
a
threat
human
health.
primary
method
of
control

use
chemical
agents.
In
an
effort
develop
novel
highly
effective
antimicrobial
agents,
series
benzoylurea
derivatives
incorporating
difluoromethyl
(trifluoromethyl)
pyrimidine
structure
were
designed
synthesized.
RESULTS

study,
we
synthesized
containing
fragments.
Several
compounds
exhibited
notable
antifungal
activity
vitro
against
PS
,
CBC,
BBC
TBC.
Their
efficacy
surpassed
that
positive

HM

Notably,

demonstrated

significantly
lower
than
31.25
for
antibacterial
assays,

showed

Moreover,
vivo

at

its
strong
activity.
