Assessing infrastructure sustainability requires an evaluation of technical, economic, environmental, and social dimensions, with the latter often being overlooked. Asphalt mixtures incorporating end-of-life tire textile fiber additives in Chile have emerged as a sustainable alternative to conventional fibers. However, these remains underexplored. This study develops model assess asphalt using fuzzy cognitive mapping. The methodology includes three stages: (1) qualitative exploration conceptual by information triangulation, (2) construction estimate contributions, (3) dynamic analysis four additives, including those derived from fiber. results show that recycled generate distinct impacts, particularly terms consumer interest, innovation, knowledge transfer, regulatory alignment. Additionally, technical contributions certifications significantly influence assessments, exhibiting greater independence other factors. findings highlight potential repurposed socially production. approach supports circular economy initiatives, fosters enhances acceptance materials Chile, contributing more resilient responsible sector.
