Soybean oil, a sustainable and renewable resource, has gained increasing industrial relevance through its derivatives, such as acrylated soybean which is now produced at significant commercial scales. In contrast, graphitic carbon nitride (g-CN), metal-free polymeric semiconductor, remains unexplored in polymer systems. This study explores the integration of into bio-based acrylic resins using rapid UV-curing process belt speed 1 m/min. The resulting nanocomposite films, incorporating 10% nanoparticle loading with an average thickness 200 μm, demonstrate promising photocatalytic properties bandgap 2.7 eV. performance these films thoroughly evaluated via dye degradation experiments, revealing enhanced surface-driven activity, particularly alcohol-based media. While hydrophobic nature limits removal aqueous environments (25% efficiency 5 h), complete photodegradation methylene blue achieved alcohol within h. Moreover, maintain their over five cycles no deprivation.
