Recent advancements in nanomechanical microcantilever biosensors open new possibilities for clinical applications, permitting precise analysis of molecular interactions. The technology enables tracking gene expression, conformational changes, antibody binding and antibiotic resistance. In particular, hybridization DNA or RNA extracted from biopsies whole blood patients has led to significant diagnostics critical medical conditions, e.g., cancer, bacteraemia sepsis, utilizing rapid, sensitive, label-free detection. Direct diagnosis patient samples is a decisive advantage over competitive methods circumventing elaborate time-consuming purification, amplification cultivation procedures prior analysis. Here, recent developments are presented simple synthesized oligonucleotides material obtained patients’ samples, highlighting technological diagnostic such as detection pathogens disease biomarkers. We envisage our method be input early sensitive directly without requirements cultivation. This would represent paradigm shift diagnostics, no competing currently exists.

Photoactivatable aptamer sensing technology is widely used in various detection fields due to its precise spatiotemporal regulation ability, flexible material compatibility, and excellent performance. By introducing an optical response mechanism regulate the efficient recognition of target by sensor, this strategy further broadens means aptamer. The application photoactivated biosensors point-of-care testing (POCT) can significantly improve selectivity, sensitivity, dynamic ability POCT system. This review systematically explores design principle photoactivatable aptamers, with a focus on reviewing progress them platform. In addition, existing challenges future development trends are also discussed. It expected that biosensor based aptamers will continue drive towards higher intelligence, scene adaptability, providing innovative tools for precision medicine environmental health monitoring.
