Abstract:

neuroprotective
functions.
Epidemiological
studies
clinical
reports
suggest
that
consumption
closely
associated
with
reduced
risk
neurodegenerative
diseases
Alzheimer’s
disease,
Parkinson’s
dementia.
Additionally,
has
shown
potential
benefits
regulating
cognitive
function,
improving
depressive
symptoms,
reducing
stroke.
Although
mechanisms
remain
unclear,
current
research
revealed
it
its
effects
through
multiple
signaling
pathways,

Examining
how
hypoglycemic
medications
affect

function

study,
trelagliptin,
a
dipeptidyl
peptidase-4
(DPP4)
inhibitor,
was
utilized
assess
memory
loss
in
diabetic
rats
through
fear
conditioning
tests.
Trelagliptin
restored
that
had
been
disrupted
over
relatively
long
period
(24
h)
or
extended
(5
days).
Moreover,
trelagliptin
treatment
reduced
higher
incidence
neuronal
cell
death
cerebral
cortex,
as
observed
via
Nissl
hematoxylin
and
eosin
staining.
Subsequent
analyses
revealed
exhibited
elevated
levels
inflammatory
cytokines

Notably,
upregulated

while
downregulating
amyloid

enzyme

These
findings
suggest
alleviates
impairment
rats,
likely
AMPK-AKT-GSK-3β-mediated
mitigation
stress,
enhancement
synaptic
plasticity,
reduction

bacteria,
archaea
and
eukaryotes
including
yeasts,
fungi
protozoa.
Compared
to
humans,
the
herbivores
harbor
a
complex
metabolically
efficient
microbes
which
not
only
detoxify
inadvertently
consumed
anti-nutritional
phytochemicals,
but
also
convert
ingested
tannin-polyphenols,
saponins,
phytoestrogens
alkaloids
into
metabolites
are
more
available
bioactive
than
their
precursors.
Some
toxicants
eliminate
them
from
body.
The
resulting
display
range
nutritional
therapeutic
benefits
besides
direct
impact
on
enhancing
diversity
functioning
gut
microbiome.
Metabolically
active
microbiota
generated
might
be
futuristic
alternative
biotherapeutics
develop
nutraceuticals
plant-based
health
formulations
primarily

individuals.
Further
insights
