Three constituent themes were identified: (1) inequity navigating labyrinth, (2) labyrinth place uncertainty isolation, (3) supervisors guides, not care providers. The results suggest significant inequities exist which poorer particular subgroups PGRs, both general specifically relation supervisory Experiences loneliness ambiguity around progress also identified being detrimental health.
