Society at large has become increasingly concerned about climate change and sustainable development, so tourism travel service providers have begun to focus more actively on development goals. Prior research shown that supervisors’ support fosters employee green behavior companies’ environmental performance. This study concentrated Portuguese hospitality contexts develop a fuller understanding of how organizations’ efforts can combine with the individual variables highlighted by theory planned (TPB) (i.e., attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control) encourage organizational citizenship for environment (OCBE). Data 74 hotel managers were collected an online survey. Multiple regression analysis revealed positively correlates TPB variables, thereby increasing intention adopt OCBE in their workplaces. These findings clarify factors foster managers’ OCBE. The results practical implications organizations seeking promote pro-environmental boost sustainability.

In the current context of increasing global environmental challenges, sustainable production and development have become strategically important for companies. This study explores impact green managerial awareness on environmentally responsible production, both direct indirect, through mediating role human resource management friendly employee behavior. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 207 wine companies, PLS-SEM technique was employed to analyze relationships between variables. Perceived ESG performance refers to stakeholders’ assessment of a company’s efficacy in implementing and maintaining initiatives. This perception is crucial as it influences trust engagement with the company. The present study aims test relationships between perceived Chinese e-commerce firms their employees’ green behaviors, mediating role psychological climate moderating actions: substantive vs. symbolic. ABSTRACT This research investigates the interplay between community engagement, psychological factors, and coral reef conservation in context of Bali's marine tourism bioeconomy. By examining drivers such as belief climate change, trust government initiatives, personal experiences with pollution, we show how these social factors shape responses participation conservation. Through use Importance‐Performance Analysis logistic regression models, identify critical that either promote or impede involvement protection efforts. Key indicators assessed included: implementation nurseries, protected areas, public education campaigns, responsible workshops, volunteer programs for cleaning, incentivized actions, local committees, stakeholder engagement sessions. ABSTRACT This paper examines the role of managerial influence in implementation green practices (IGP) within hotel industry, focusing on three key factors: managers' attitudes toward environment (MAE), perceived organizational environmental support (POES), and employees' collaboration (EGC). Drawing upon Norm Activation Model, Theory Planned Behavior, Social Exchange Theory, proposed model was tested using a sample 190 managers India. The findings indicate that MAE indirectly influences through intentions to behave. In order to achieve environmental sustainability within the tourism industry, it is vital understand components that encourage sports tourists behave in an environmentally friendly way.
