Society

tourism
travel
service
providers
have
begun
to
focus
more
actively
on
development
goals.

supervisors’
support
fosters
employee
green
behavior
companies’
environmental
performance.
This
study
concentrated
Portuguese
hospitality
contexts
develop
a
fuller
understanding
of
how
organizations’
efforts
can
combine
with
the
individual
variables
highlighted
by
theory
planned
(TPB)
(i.e.,
attitudes,
subjective
norms,
perceived
behavioral
control)
encourage
organizational
citizenship
for
environment
(OCBE).
Data
74
hotel
managers
were
collected

online
survey.

regression

positively

TPB
variables,

increasing
intention

OCBE
in
their

ABSTRACT
This
research
investigates
the
interplay
between
community
engagement,
psychological
factors,
and
coral
reef
conservation
in
context
of
Bali's
marine
tourism
bioeconomy.
By
examining
drivers
such
as
belief
climate
change,
trust
government
initiatives,
personal
experiences
with
pollution,
we
show
how
these
social
factors
shape
responses
participation
conservation.

use

Analysis

regression
models,
identify

ABSTRACT
This
paper
examines
the
role
of
managerial
influence
in
implementation
green
practices
(IGP)
within
hotel
industry,
focusing
on
three
key
factors:
managers'
attitudes
toward
environment
(MAE),
perceived
organizational
environmental
support
(POES),
and
employees'
collaboration
(EGC).
Drawing
upon
Norm
Activation
Model,
Theory
Planned
Behavior,
Social
Exchange
Theory,
proposed
model
was
tested
using
a
sample
190
managers
India.
The
findings
indicate
that
MAE
indirectly
influences
through
intentions
to
behave.

POES
EGC
are
