Abstract The purpose of this conceptual paper is to explore sustainability in mitigating managerial challenges faced by women principals rural primary schools. main research question guiding study is: “What strategies can be employed enhance the experienced schools, particularly areas?” This qualitative draws upon a comprehensive review scholarly books and articles, serving as foundational framework for research. This literature review explores how empowering women in a culture-based creative economy can preserve cultural heritage while encouraging economic competitiveness developing countries. Through systematic analysis of 44 studies, key findings emerged. First, offers opportunities through sustainable tourism and entrepreneurship. Second, face challenges such as marginalization, limited resources, socio-cultural obstacles conservation efforts. Third, integrating traditional wisdom into products, entrepreneurship training, marketing empower economically. Fourth, government policy, financial support, use digital technology, multi-stakeholder involvement are important factors. Fifth, best practices from various countries demonstrate successful replication models. The concludes that to opens up development by leveraging local strengths, thus requiring synergistic efforts the government, stakeholders, women. Globalisation has been lauded for transforming African women’s financial and cultural lives. However, current discourses fail to demonstrate the new hurdles women have survive in fishery globalised world.
