Purpose
This
study
examines
the
impact
of
human
resource
information
systems
(HRIS)
and
big
data
(HRBD)
on
HR
analytics,
organizational
agility
(OA),
operational
performance
(OP)
in
India’s
construction
sector.
Furthermore,
explores
mediating
role
analytics
these
relationships,
highlighting
its
significance
leveraging
technology
for
enhanced
outcomes.
Design/methodology/approach
Data
were
collected
from
330
managers
Indian
industry,
proposed
model
was
analyzed
using
partial
least
squares
structural
equation
modeling
(PLS-SEM)
SmartPLS
4.0.
Findings
The
findings
reveal
that
HRIS
HRBD
positive
influence
which,
turn,
positively
influences
OA
OP.
Moreover,
acts
as
a
mediator,
underscoring
crucial
optimizing
improved
performance.
Practical
implications
From
practical
perspective,
recommends
organizations
invest
advanced
tools
to
strengthen
capabilities,
thereby
improving
workforce
management,
efficiency,
market
responsiveness.
