ABSTRACT Green human resource management (GHRM) has become a proactive strategy to develop an ecological platform in the private sector. Because of stakeholder pressures and regulations, organizations are required adopt implement GHRM practices. Current literature indicates that various intervening mechanisms may intensify role practices on employee green behavior (EGB). However, there is paucity studies assessed multiple mediators based inter‐assessment prioritization guide developing strategies. This study aims fill this gap by examining 10 identified from recommending most influential ones expert opinions. Furthermore, address vagueness perceptions practices, applied fuzzy set theory decision‐making trial evaluation laboratory method obtain analyze The analysis revealed three key out nine can positively influence indirect nexus between EGB.
