ABSTRACT The purpose of the current study is to evaluate how COVID‐19 pandemic increased usefulness Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices toward achieving organisational sustainability with moderating effect non‐governmental organisations and labour unions, drawing on integrated approach using AMO (Ability‐Motivation‐Opportunity) theory RBV (Resource‐Based View). data was collected from 371 (depicted G* power software) managers manufacturing units in India's Jammu Kashmir. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS‐SEM) analysis survey revealed that post‐COVID‐19 era has accelerated adoption green HRM within an organisation. Additionally, these eco‐friendly techniques are closely related establishing era. Further, findings suggest a significant role NGOs shaping encouraging voluntary pro‐environmental behaviours among employees intend guide industrial seeking enhance their environmental performance.

ABSTRACT Since climate change has emerged as one of the world's most urgent issues, businesses are under more pressure to make their environmentally friendly operations transparent.
