ABSTRACT
Since
climate
change
has
emerged
as
one
of
the
world's
most
urgent
issues,
businesses
are
under
more
pressure
to
make
their
environmentally
friendly
operations
transparent.

ABSTRACT
The
purpose

COVID‐19
pandemic
increased
usefulness

Human
Resource
Management
(GHRM)
practices
toward
achieving
organisational
sustainability
with
moderating
effect

labour

drawing
on
integrated

using
AMO
(Ability‐Motivation‐Opportunity)

(Resource‐Based
