Abstract The role played by information and communication technologies in today's businesses cannot be underestimated. While such technological advancements provide numerous advantages opportunities, they are known to thread organizations with new challenges as cyberattacks. This is particularly important for small medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs) that deemed the least mature highly vulnerable cybersecurity risks. Thus, this research set assess cyber risks online retailing SMEs (e‐tailing SMEs). Therefore, article employs a sample of 124 e‐tailers United Kingdom takes advantage multi‐criteria decision analysis (MCDA) method. Indeed, we identified total number 28 cyber‐oriented five exhaustive themes “security,” “dependency,” “employee,” “strategic,” “legal” Subsequently, an integrated approach using step‐wise weight assessment ratio (SWARA) best–worst method (BWM) has been employed develop pathway risk assessment. As such, current study outlines novel toward management e‐tailing discusses its effectiveness contributions literature.

Abstract Based on the theory of innovation ecosystems (IEs) and literature environmental management controls (EMCs), this study examines effects green (GIEs), EMCs, digitalization water performance firms in food service industry (FSI). In context, moderating role technology sensing/response (TSR) is explored. Surveying 245 managers large Brazilian restaurants, hypotheses are tested through partial least squares structural equation modeling. The findings reveal that GIE positively influences use both diagnostic interactive EMCs. Additionally, results demonstrate not only EMCs improve but also a high level TSR increases impact performance. This therefore advances by illustrating how cooperation between FSI multiagents provides competences resources facilitate implementation digital tools to achieve sustainability outcomes.

Abstract The challenges posed by multi‐crisis environments, such as pandemics and geopolitical uncertainties, create significant opportunities for supply chains (SC) to enhance their sustainability, resilience, agility, thereby developing a strategic advantage. However, seizing these is not without its challenges; critical tensions inevitably arise. This paper, based on systematic review of 287 SC studies, identifies discusses five key tensions: (1) increased trade‐offs between sustainability efficiency; (2) competing priorities resilience; (3) mismatched expectations causing stakeholder pressure; (4) conflicting demands global sustainable operations; (5) unintended consequences technological innovation, disadvantaging stakeholders with limited resources capabilities. To mitigate while leveraging the opportunities, study proposes several pathways, including adopting circular economy principles, optimizing inventory distribution management, employing holistic measurement forecasting, balancing risk‐hedging proactive risk fostering inclusive engagement, globalization regionalization, integrating advanced digital technologies alongside ecosystem wide change management. These strategies offer practical guidance building crises‐ready SCs set stage an extensive research agenda further explore in environments.
