Recently, dealing with environmental issues has emerged as a critical part of various corporate social responsibility activities. To effectively address the problems along their generic purposes increasing competitive advantages, firms pay attention to innovation. Despite growing importance innovation for achieving there remains significant gap in understanding how actually accomplish this This study aims fill by leveraging Teece’s theoretical framework identify three key components dynamic capabilities—sensing, seizing, and reconfiguring—that facilitate development an effective managerial system. Specifically, proposes that sensing seizing guide firm correctly respond external requests so may incorporate pressure outcomes, while reconfiguring leads directly realization Using Korean Innovation Survey includes direct questions about innovation, we construct structural equation model, PLS-SEM, test our hypotheses, findings support all hypotheses. The contributions implications are discussed based on findings, some limitations methodology also addressed.

Abstract Environmental accidents (EAs) are firm operational failures that harm human health, the natural environment, and offending firms. We propose they also initiate a subtle form of activism among consumers living near accident by stimulating increased “green” behavior. Using annual county‐level data in California from 2000 to 2015, we show following an EA, reduce trash/garbage generate energy consume. The impact is long‐lasting stronger when EAs more severe have pro‐environmental beliefs, ready access information, convenient options, such as recycling. Since affected may refuse buy from, invest in, or work for companies, results suggest firms should develop environmental strategies, which include engaging collaborating with local communities. study provide input development initiatives, maximize consumer behavior after, absence of, EA.

Driven by growing demands for environmental protection and sustainable development, green finance has gained increasing attention, evolving from a peripheral topic to core research area. Research in primarily focuses on financial products, services, policies, analyzing their impacts society, markets, listed companies. Through systematic literature screening analysis process, this study reviewed the existing body of finance, with particular emphasis key areas such as financing, technology, products derivatives, building, reform innovation carbon trading markets. Using keywords “green finance”, insurance”, securities”, investment”, we identified 15,487 relevant publications 2014 2023 across multiple databases. We then applied Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) cluster these documents, identifying subfields conducting detailed bibliometric analysis. Our results reveal geographic shift prominence U.S. China, thematic building energy efficiency bonds climate finance. our analysis, provide policy recommendations informed findings. This study’s unique contribution lies its extension into emerging technology both which are becoming increasingly critical. Additionally, offers valuable insights landscape research, bridging gap between academic industry practice providing actionable stakeholders different sectors.
