Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through interactive surveys 338 middle senior managers companies prioritizing sustainability. relationships between variables analyzed using SmartPLS Jamovi software, which facilitates structural equation modeling. Findings analysis revealed that GEO had significant positive both GIS GIC, followed by OP. It supported hypotheses GIC positively influence OP, their important role transforming efforts into success confirmed. Research limitations/implications limited findings may not be generalizable other sectors. Future could expand scope include different industries geographic contexts.
