Informed trading, driven by information asymmetry and market imperfections, varies in presence across markets. This form of trading not only distorts transaction prices hinders resource allocation but also initiates adverse selection transactions, increasing liquidity risks potentially precipitating crashes, thereby impeding the market’s healthy development. Utilizing theory principal-agent theory, this paper analyzes data from A-share listed companies 2011 to 2022. Employing a fixed-effect model, it empirically examines influence enterprise digital transformation on likelihood informed trading. The findings demonstrate that markedly reduces Further analysis heterogeneity indicates that, compared state-owned, non-high-tech enterprises western region, inhibitory effect is more pronounced non-state-owned, high-tech eastern central regions. Additionally, chain mediation underscores weakens strengthens internal controls, reducing Finally, employing dynamic panel threshold model we find can significantly inhibit transactions when have reached certain level technological asset accumulation.

The digital economy offers new solutions for reconciling the growth of non-timber forest-based (NTFBE) with ecological and environmental protection. Utilizing panel data from China’s provinces between 2011 2020, this study constructed a comprehensive indicator system purpose examining coordinated development NTFBE environment. employment econometric methods, including Tobit models, mediated effects spatial Durbin models threshold regression has enabled us to ascertain that can effectively drive development. positive spillover effect in neighboring regions, although there is no discernible impact central northeastern China. Improvements human capital infrastructure reinforce effect. Furthermore, empowerment green technology industrial transformation, as well adoption differentiated strategies across distinct forest economic would be paramount importance. These findings indicate necessity standardization NTFBE. In conclusion, these implications offer novel forested regions reconcile socioeconomic protection, thereby fostering sustainable forests.

Driven by the dual imperatives of global economic green transformation and advancement digital technologies, achieving synergistic enhancement through digitalization greenization to promote sustainable development has become a focal point for both academia practical fields. This study, utilizing sample Chinese A-share listed companies from 2010 2023, aims explore transformative potential digital–green synergy (DGS) enhancing enterprise within realm production efficiency improvement. Employing coupling coordination model based on entropy-weighted TOPSIS method, research measures DGS levels enterprises. Grounded in strategic theory, resource-based view, dynamic capability this study thoroughly investigates direct impacts corporate TFP, intermediary mechanisms, moderating effects, heterogeneous roles. The findings robustly demonstrate that can significantly improve TFP optimizing resource allocation, reducing cost stickiness, operational efficiency, thereby facilitating reorganization factors creation value. Furthermore, external factors, such as financing constraints environmental regulation, alongside internal organizational like executive characteristics, are shown exert significant effects effectiveness DGS. In summary, not only highlights crucial role driver high-quality pursuit goals but also provides important theoretical guidance policymakers incentivize transformation. It offers insights managers strategically formulate strategies, enhance benefits, achieve long-term performance. Beyond these implications, further enriches landscape first extending theory firm-level emerging markets; second sustainability adopting broader “environment-society” framework; methodologically innovating developing novel “goal-strategy-input-technology” measurement finally, deepening understanding DGS-TFP relationships mechanism moderator exploration.

The rapid evolution of the digital economy has significantly accelerated progress towards achieving green and sustainable processes, particularly in field production. While existing research delved into effects on Green Innovation (GI) consequences transformation Corporate Value (CV), there remains a notable gap literature regarding potential for synergistic enhancements firms’ GI&CV through ongoing revolution. This study utilizes an evolutionary game model employs system dynamics methods to simulate dynamic trajectory influence synergy between GI&CV. Subsequently, it empirically assesses interconnected synergies using dataset comprising information from Chinese listed firms spanning 2011 2020, examining impact these synergies. Moreover, delves analysis transmission mechanism conducts extended investigation further explore this phenomenon. findings paper including: (1) acts as driving force behind enhancement firm effect is augmented by governmental environmental regulation subsidy policies. (2) Drawing upon asymmetry theory resource-based theory, regional marketization level play intermediary roles. (3) heterogeneity test indicate that situated eastern regions those classified non-heavily polluted benefitted greater extent. sheds light incentive implications upgrading GI&CV, thereby extending breadth economy. offers actionable suggestions enterprises leverage development improvement
