Abstract Chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR‐T) cell therapies, a cornerstone of immunotherapy, have demonstrated remarkable efficacy in treating hematological malignancies and more recently expanded into applications for solid tumors autoimmune diseases. Emerging multidimensional profiling technologies offer promising solutions enhancing CAR‐T efficacy, overcoming resistance, facilitating the development novel constructs. The integration genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, microbiomics enables comprehensive understanding intrinsic mechanisms underlying therapy, while single‐cell spatial omics significantly improve data resolution analytical depth. Coupled with advances biomedical engineering, visualization form foundation generation by bridging microscopic macroscopic scales enabling dynamic, 3D vivo monitoring behavior. Artificial intelligence (AI) further supports this framework analysis complex, high‐dimensional datasets. This review highlights recent within therapy explores cutting‐edge developments AI applications. full convergence multi‐omics, tools, is poised to deliver transformative insights governing therapy.
