ABSTRACT Objective This longitudinal study involved youths in residential care due to previous adverse experiences and their educators, aiming investigate the role of educators' attachment, psychopathology, quality youth–educator relationship on change scores youths' symptoms security over 6 months. Method Participants were 36 institutionalized (M age = 16.50 ± 2.13) 25 main educators 38.48 5.75), assessed at baseline (T1) months later (T2). Youths total, internalizing externalizing problems via a multi‐informant approach, psychopathology levels. Attachment representations through validated attachment interviews (Friends Family Interview Adult Interview), both separately rated relationship. Results (1) Most cases remain stable (2) Educator narrative coherence correlated but not predictive symptoms. (3) Youths' higher disorganization was unique predictor 14% variance positive perceived by youth. (4) Youth avoidance uniquely predicted 37% educators. Conclusion In conclusion, ‐ based assessment can inform intervention foster youth improvement.

Background: Caring for adolescents with emotional disorders places a substantial burden on caregivers, negatively influencing their quality of life and well-being. An increase in digital skills may provide caregivers additional resources to support charges enhance own mental health. Objective: This paper seeks investigate the impact interventions that improve targeting enhancement ability disorders, goal augmenting both adolescents' life. Methods: The synthesizes research findings efficacy interventions, such as psychoeducation training, examines importance managing social challenges often encountered by caregivers. It also discusses role informal they experience across different cultures socioeconomic contexts. Results: Effective strategies reducing caregiver distress include bolster skills, leadership capabilities, coping mechanisms. Classification systems need long-term care plans are reviewed comprehensive understanding context which operate. Conclusion: study suggests approach—including psychoeducation, therapeutic counseling—is necessary enhancing caregivers' These crucial aiding health needs improving overall outcomes disorders.

Establishing goals for young people in residential care (RC) is a gap the literature, especially terms of relationship between family support and resilience. The literature suggests that RC associated with breakdown relationships, so possibility playing positive role establishing life reduced. However, context organization stability can be assumed to protective factor formulation contribute resilient development people. This study aimed analyze process setting RC, as well potential mediating resilience previous association. sample included 124 aged 12 23 years living RC. results point association (autonomy) planning verify total effect this are discussed considering attachment theory adaptive study's findings provide important indications developing future interventions.
