Background: The purpose of this research was to explore the potential anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory effects green solvent extracts obtained from Ficus drupacea leaves. Additionally, study highlights safety viability solvents as alternatives organic solvents. Methods: employed a sequential extraction process using Soxhlet technique with increasing polarity i.e., dimethyl carbonate, isopropyl alcohol, hydro alcohol (ethanol: water - 60:40) water. dried concentrated were then analyzed for their activities through standard in-vitro techniques. investigation included an approach heat-induced denaturation bovine serum albumin (BSA) determine properties while α-amylase α-glucosidase assays used assess activity. Reference drugs such diclofenac sodium acarbose comparison. Results: Among various (dimethyl extracts), hydroalcoholic extract leaves exhibited significant properties. Conclusion: findings demonstrate in models.

Ficus rumphii is a plant belonging to the Moraceae family. This study aimed profile functional groups using FTIR, as well nutritional, elements ICP-MS technique, and anti-nutritional analyses of leaves. The results nutritional analysis leaves revealed that had diverse proximate composition with derived value be 314.11 ± 0.31 kcal/100g. demonstrated good levels ash, crude fibre, carbohydrate, fat, moisture, protein nutritive value. anti-nutrients were present at proportions are not dangerous. Furthermore, also abundant in essential elements. FTIR identified several such O–H, N–H, C–H, O = C O, N, C, etc. Hence, findings this indicate wild possess significant potential, making it an excellent for meeting dietary requirements.
