Objective
The
World
Health
Organization
(WHO)
Southeast
Asian
region,
comprising
a
quarter
of
the
global
population,
faces
significant
healthcare
challenges
influenced
by
diverse
economic
and
social
conditions.
objective
this
study
is
to
map
Digital
Intervention
(DHI)
functionalities
across
nine
axes
system
(HSCs)
model;
we
use
WHO's
DHIs
classification
framework
System
Challenges
model.
Our
findings
help
identify
gaps
in
potential
existing
addressing
health
low-
middle-income
countries.
Methods
Using
SCOPUS,
EMBASE
PUBMED
databases,
scoping
review
was
conducted
Asia
region
with
HSCs
related
availability,
information,
utilization,
quality,
accountability,
efficiency,
equity,
cost
acceptability.
Results
Out
278
studies,
337
DHI
were
identified.
A
majority
identified
address
information
(35.6%),
availability
(34.7%)
while
less
than
10%
quality
(8.9%),
accountability
(5%)
efficiency
(3.9%)
system.
Conclusion
Most
SEA
services
lack
they
fall
short
services,
accountability.
Acknowledging
inter-linkages
challenges,
gap
identification
may
well
guide
future
investments
planning
DHIs.

Purpose

Abstract
The
long‐term
