Abstract An efficient and successful electrochemical process must take place in an reactor with adapted optimized design that allows superior performance to be achieved. Traditional manufacturing methods have made the task of optimizing adapting reactors very expensive. However, 3D printing prototypes built a short time at low cost compared traditional techniques. This has caused research into new different laboratories skyrocket recent years. The rapid evolution technology, as well appearance materials, meant they can included many applications, such treatment contaminated water or energy devices, batteries fuel cells.
