Our search yielded 1,101 citations, which 10 met inclusion criteria. These included 285 original studies, 147 ( 51.6%) from UK. Two focussed children young people, with remainder based working-age adult populations. identified categories SDMOH, where financial insecurity welfare advice largest number (N=4), followed around isolation support (N=3), housing regeneration initiatives (N=2). Results across all highly heterogenous, most consistently supported effectiveness addressing outcomes. highlights paucity high quality, causal beyond health; severe methodological heterogeneity hampers progress identify scalable population health.
