In recent years, metal-based compounds have been explored as potential remedies for major health issues such diabetes, bacterial infections, and oxidative stress, which impact the general well-being of humans globally. Diabetes, stress are concerns affecting millions worldwide. Researchers exploring use treatments these conditions. our quest towards identifying biologically viable compounds, three novel Cu(II) complexes were synthesized from halogen-substituted ON donor Schiff base ligands. These ligands obtained by condensing 2-hydroxybenzldehyde with different anilines. The their characterized using various spectroscopic techniques 1H 13C nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier Transform-Infrared, Ultraviolet-visible spectra, elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, single-crystal X-ray spectroscopy to elucidate structures. screened antidiabetic (α-glucose α-amylase enzymes inhibition assay), antioxidant (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH), ferric reducing (FRAP) assay, nitric oxide(NO) radical scavenging), antimicrobial activities. pharmacological activity revealed that efficacy was enhanced upon coordination, CuL3 is more potent among complexes, having higher on α-glucosidase (IC50 = 100.1 μM) than control, whose IC50 112.4 μM same enzyme. For scavenging activity, results showed DPPH radicals control. Developing a new generation of anticancer metal-based drugs that can both kill tumor cells and inhibit cell migration is promising strategy. Herein, we synthesized three Cu(II), Zn(II), Mn(II) complexes derived from 5-chloro-2-N-(2-quinolylmethylene)aminophenol (C1-C3). Among these complexes, the Cu(II) complex (C1) showed significantly greater cytotoxicity toward lung cancer lines than cisplatin. C1 inhibited A549 metastasis suppressed growth in vivo. In addition, confirmed mechanism by triggering multiple mechanisms, including inducing mitochondrial apoptosis, acting on DNA, blocking cycle arrest, senescence, DNA damage.

At present, economic development and daily life cannot be separated from organic synthetic polymers. However, a large number of nondegradable polymers have caused serious pollution to the environment. It is necessary for sustainable use biodegradable materials instead traditional polymers, but it not yet comparable in performance cost competitor will replace. Therefore, there long way go develop effective synthesis methods. Through ring-opening polymerization, some cyclic monomers, such as ε-caprolactone or lactide, can synthesized into which only replace fields also applications drug delivery, surgical consumables, human implant materials, bone etc. Ring-opening polymerization potential candidate solving environmental pollution. For catalysts are very important, among titanium attracted much attention because their high efficiency, economy, nontoxicity. In this paper, status organotitanium compounds reviewed, including effects different ligand structures on behavior polymer structure, its trend prospected. We hope that review helpful developing efficient catalysts.

Abstract Two synthetic approaches have until now been used to synthesize transition metal complexes having a tridentate (pincer or tripod) PEP tetryl (E=Si, Ge, Sn) ligand. These differ in the metal‐free precursor, tetrelane tetrylene, that gives rise corresponding Tetrelanes (PSiP silanes, PGeP germanes and PSnP stannanes simple phosphane‐free stannanes) led ligands by oxidatively adding an E−X bond (X=H, C halogen most cases) atom of low‐valent complex, whereas tetrylenes (PGeP germylenes stannylenes) upon insertion their E into M−X (X=Cl precursor through derivatization after tetrylene fragment is coordinated metal. For each approach, all currently known types ligand frameworks found are presented discussed this review.
