However, the relationship between adolescents’ perceptions SLE impact not clear. This paper studies perception possible mediating role perceived family functioning in this relationship. The need for longer-term more intense psychiatric treatment relation to also addressed. Method: One hundred forty-seven adolescents aged 11–17 were consecutively recruited from Child Adolescent Mental Health Outpatient Services Department general hospital Madrid, Spain. Self-informed questionnaires used assess risk, SLEs, functioning. In addition, clinical records participants consulted collect information about their histories, including number appointments duration follow-up. Results: correlates significantly appointments, treatment, level mediation model variable significant. linear regression on significant, accounting 25.7% variance. Conclusions: Beyond clear proven effect SLEs reported by related an increased and/or mediated Adolescents’ experiences support may be key determinants prevention.

Abstract Background Apathy worsens with age and cognitive decline, particularly in Alzheimer’s, leading to functional deterioration. Comprehending its broad impact is vital for customized, preventive treatments. Methods The study examined 214 adults divided three groups—Mild Cognitive Impairment, mild controls—using neuropsychological tests questionnaires, statistical network analysis explore apathy’s links other group variables related demographics treatment. Results Notable differences were observed among the groups' performance of administered tests. While inferential statistics failed return a predictive model apathy networks cluster analyses indicate that demographic analysed have different importance at times disease progression prominent AD-related decline. Conclusions Network revealed insights into dementia risk differentiation, notably sex factors, beyond scope traditional statistics. It highlighted as key area personalized intervention strategies more than behavioural emotional, emphasizing short-term goals not taking away person's autonomy when strictly necessary.

HDRS, PSS, SPS scores group comprised attempted higher than other group. There no significant difference terms characteristics. In suicide, self-directedness (SD) cooperativeness (CO) lower, self-transcendence (ST) score HA ST positively SD negatively associated scores. regression analysis risk, factors most risk high HDRS low CO score. Low BD may be attempts. Alongside SD, suicidal ideation. Treating residual depressive symptoms can reduce suicide.
