Abstract Objectives Diet is one of the main factors influencing diversity and interactions oral microbiota. The purpose this study to determine impact sugar intake on microbial bacteria that predominate under these conditions. Material Methods A systematic review was conducted according Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta‐Analyses (PRISMA) guide, using PubMed, Scopus, Science Direct databases combinations words “microbiota,” “microbiology,” “bacteria,” “sugars,” “dysbiosis,” “caries,” “microbiome,” “oral microbial,” microbiota profile pattern.” selection criteria included year, language, type publication, comparison during low high intake, bacterial identification by molecular sequencing 16S subunit ribosomal RNA. Results Out a total 374 papers came up after initial search, 8 met review. research populations comprising children, young adults, with most studies reporting participants validated instruments intake. Apart from study, all others reported conditions significant decrease in microbiome predominance several genera or species, including Streptococcus , Scardovia Veillonella Rothia Actinomyces Lactobacillus . Conclusions Sugar‐rich diets have significantly unfavorable effect balance microbiota; however, further are required exact role interactions.

Abstract To date, publications have shown that compositions of oral microbiota differ depending on their habitats (e.g. tongue, tonsils, pharynx). The absence set standards for the choice areas and conditions material collection makes microbiome one most difficult environments a comparative analysis with other researchers, which is meaningful limitation during an assessment potential effects microorganisms as biomarkers in courses various human diseases. Therefore, standardisation basic dental examination next generation sequencing (NGS) worth attempting. exam clinical materials: saliva, swab from tongue ridge, hard palate, palatine tonsils oropharynx, supragingival plaque subgingival plaque. Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by cognitive decline and neuronal loss, affecting millions worldwide. Emerging evidence highlights the oral microbiome—a complex ecosystem of bacteria, fungi, viruses, protozoa as significant factor in health. Dysbiosis microbiome contributes to systemic inflammation, disrupts blood–brain barrier, promotes neuroinflammation, processes increasingly implicated pathogenesis AD. This review examines mechanisms linking dysbiosis through oral–brain oral–gut–brain axis. These interconnected pathways enable bidirectional communication between cavity, gut, brain via neural, immune, endocrine signaling. Oral pathogens, such Porphyromonas gingivalis, along with virulence factors, including lipopolysaccharides (LPS) gingipains, contribute while metabolic byproducts, short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) peptidoglycans, further exacerbate immune activation. Additionally, this explores influence external diet, pH balance, medication use, smoking, alcohol consumption, hygiene, on microbial diversity stability, highlighting their role shaping outcomes. The dynamic interplay gut microbiomes reinforces importance homeostasis preserving neurological interventions, probiotics, prebiotics, dietary modifications, offer promising strategies support function reduce risk diseases, AD, maintaining diverse microbiome. Future longitudinal research needed identify long-term impact cognition.

The scientific literature dealing with alcohol and alcoholic beverages revealed that these drinks possess an adverse impact on periodontal tissues. Additionally, other principal risk factors include tobacco, smoking, poor oral hygiene, etc. It has been observed among chronic alcoholics, there are further issues, such as mental, social, physical effects, promote alcoholism. These people may have weak immunity for defense against pathogenic organisms bacteria. Thus, chances of gingival bleeding, swollen gums, bad breath, increased bone loss there. Different in the market cause less salivation; contain sugars acid production cavity by pathogens demineralize enamel damage gum teeth. This consumption can progress into different types disorders, including cancer, halitosis, caries, is also associated tobacco smoking. Chronic alteration microbiome increase pathogens, which lead to disease environment inflammation created body due malnutrition, diminished immunity, altered liver condition, brain damage, gut microbiota alteration. Heavily colored produce staining teeth and, saliva, toxic effects periodontium. Over-dependency leads necrotizing lesions gingivitis, periodontitis, stomatitis. pathological impairments instigate severe structures. Therefore, proper counseling attending dental surgeon related health professionals urgently required patient basis individual case needs go away from regular heavy alcohol.

Endodontic infection is a penetration of microorganisms into the dental pulp. Bacteria are most common entities that induce an infection. This state associated with significant pain and discomfort. Therapeutic intervention involves removal infected pulp from tooth roots, which eliminates viable tissue, thus creating less resistant to mechanical pressure. Studies suggest there several types bacteria commonly endodontic infections. Furthermore, it considered different pathogens could play major role in primary secondary The aim this review summarize involved process we discuss bacterial properties allow them penetrate hypothesize about possible future treatment strategies.
