Effective thermal management is paramount for sustaining the optimal operational temperature of batteries in Electrical Vehicles (EV), thereby enhancing their longevity and ensuring both safety performance. Air cooling, while being lightweight economically feasible, frequently encounters difficulties achieving adequate cooling efficacy, particularly under conditions elevated load. Consequently, optimization battery pack design alongside air configurations becomes imperative to tackle these challenges, reliability, safety, efficiency electric vehicle applications. The objective this research employ Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis ascertain arrangement enhancement performance pinpoint ideal inlet location necessary attain maximum efficacy. evaluates square, staggered, other innovative determine arrangements that optimize mitigate hotspots. findings indicate configuration with a Staggered Arrangement produced most favourable maintaining uniformity differential among cells within arrangement.
