Propolis, a natural resinous substance produced by bees, has long been known for its potential health benefits. This study aims to present comprehensive bibliometric investigation, exploring the dynamicity, spatiotemporal trends, and emerging patterns in scholarly discourse surrounding propolis research. The tailed PRISMA guidelines used MeSH databases Scopus retrieve relevant bibliographic data spanning 75 years. R-based Bibliometrix VOSviewer applications were employed analysis. A noticeable increase production was observed last two decades. This research presents a facile and inexpensive method for synthesizing ZnO nanoparticles using Nauclea latifolia fruit extract as bioreductant stabilizer. The prepared particles were characterized some analytical techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD) crystallinity phase identification, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to study surface morphology, Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy functional groups analysis, transmission (TEM) grain size UV-Vis optical properties, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) area analysis. XRD analysis revealed hexagonal wurtzite structure with an average crystallite of 14.40 nm. FTIR showed absorption peaks at 3659, 1341, 460 cm-1, corresponding hydroxyl, carboxylic, Zn – O, respectively. SEM image agglomerated morphology flower-like shape. TEM estimated the particle range be 12.54 - 17.35 broad peak 373 BET 277.420 m2/g specific area. A batch adsorption experiment conducted on performance methyl green (MG) removal from aqueous solution highest efficiency 99.96% 60 min agitation time pH 7, 0.05 g NPs, confirming particles. results modelling that data best fit Freundlich isotherm general-order kinetic models. Thermodynamic investigation confirmed process spontaneous, feasible, endothermic, physical. Fraxetin is a bioactive molecule present in various natural plants, especially Cortex Fraxini. Evidenced outcomes phytochemical and biological analyses for this agent are now available the literature, but an insightful review yet unknown. The goal of current research to offer panoramic illustration observation, biosynthesis, synthesis, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics fraxetin. Esculetin ferulic acid acted as precursors enzymatic biosynthetic route, whereas fraxetin could be easily synthesized from simple phenols. Abstract This study presents the first findings regarding extraction, isolation, enzyme inhibition, and antioxidant activity. The oral mucosal wound‐healing process was investigated using propolis water extract (PWE) incubation with gingival fibroblast cells concluded that effective on pattern compared to untreated controls. Abstract Ethanol has been widely used for the extraction of propolis. Due to its certain disadvantages, there an ongoing search find alternative non‐ethanolic solvents. Propolis is a valuable natural resource for extracting various beneficial compounds. This study explores sustainable extraction approach Brazilian green propolis. First, supercritical fluid (SFE) process parameters were optimized (co-solvent: 21.11% v/v CPME, and temperature: 60 °C) to maximize yield, total phenolic content (TPC), antioxidant capacity, LOX (lipoxygenase) inhibitory activity. GC–MS analysis identified 40 metabolites in SFE extracts, including fatty acids, terpenoids, phenolics, sterols. After selecting the optimum parameters, sequential high-pressure (HPE) was developed, comprising SFE, pressurized liquid (PLE) with EtOH/H2O, subcritical water (SWE). compared similar using low-pressure extractions (LPE) Soxhlet extractor. The HPE achieved significantly higher overall yield (80.86%) than LPE (71.43%). showed selectivity, resulting lower carbohydrate non-polar fraction, PLE extracted nearly twice protein amount of LPE–2.
