Abstract High costs, technical difficulties, and policy uncertainties are the main challenges in carbon capture technology investments. Therefore, innovative financial products required to develop projects that overcome these difficulties. Some issues must be considered when developing products. An important problem this process is features cannot possibly exist together new product, because each of incurs some costs. identifying most necessary. Accordingly, study develops a product increase effectiveness investments technologies. For purpose, novel artificial intelligence (AI)-based fuzzy decision-making model constructed. First, weights experts were calculated by considering AI methodology. Second, factors affecting investment technologies weighted using spherical DEMATEL. Finally, for ranked ARAS method. This study’s contribution its creation integrating methodology with theory. In process, an approach. It concluded cost-effectiveness prioritized development Technological competence another aspect should process. However, include risk management flexible financing.

The escalating levels of CO 2 emissions from the transportation sector have been observed to exert deleterious effects on human well‐being and environmental sustainability. To mitigate these emissions, it is imperative consider potential contributions policies financial innovation. Thus, this study examines innovation policy (environmental tax–environmental technology) transport‐related emission (TCO E) for BICS (i.e., Brazil, India, China South Africa), which are characterized by substantial industrialization, rising TCO E growing concerns. analysis complemented including control variables, notably economic growth transition cleaner energy, offer a nuanced holistic perspective dynamics governing critical subject matter. research adopts novel econometric approach cross‐sectionally augmented auto‐regressive distributed lags benchmark estimation fully modified ordinary least squares–dynamic squares robustness 2000/Q1‐2018/Q4. findings revealed that bolster decrease quality in region. Environmental sustainability is essential to the country's financial position and economic growth. Geopolitical situations green activities significantly contribute enhancing sustainable development goals. The purpose of this study evaluate impact finance, investment in renewable energy sources geopolitical risk on environmental Middle East North America (MENA) region over period 2000–2021. When using a cross‐sectional dependence autoregressive distributed lag model (CS‐ARDL), it discovered that rise will decrease performance form carbon dioxide emission. At same time, other factors (green finance energy) have positive relationship with sustainability. This observation can be ascribed association between increased inclination crude oil consumers, who are most affected by such risk, contemplate as an alternative conventional sources. finding could also attributed fact clean becoming more affordable. In addition, augmented mean group findings provide evidence negative linkage found repercussions for regulators well investors active markets.
