Purpose The purpose of the present study is to extend body research on healthcare management by examining effect workplace stressors, including abusive supervision, customer incivility and perceived threat COVID-19 (PCT), turnover intention. also contributes mediating role emotional exhaustion, moderating employee resilience constituent attachment. Abstract Background Despite the importance of collaboration and communication in global health, existing educational approaches often rely on traditional one-way instruction from instructor to student. Therefore, this study aimed evaluate effectiveness a newly developed undergraduate curriculum health enhancing nursing students’ competencies communication, problem-solving, self-directed learning skills. Methods A 15-week course “Global Health Nursing” was designed for students, collaborative project-based method used. Study participants were students enrolled course. The multi-method included quantitative qualitative components. It employed one-group pretest–posttest design quantitatively assess impact curriculum. Healthcare workers are at the forefront of fight against COVID-19 and managers medical centers should develop coping strategies for challenges caused by COVID-19, especially health human resources in order to improve performance healthcare organizations. Hence, purpose this study is investigate resource management staff during help them cope with new strains or epidemics viral diseases that may occur future. Emerging infectious respiratory diseases present significant challenges to public health systems worldwide. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has revealed critical weaknesses in Iran's healthcare infrastructure, particularly regarding surveillance and testing capabilities. During the pandemic, Iran faced severe consequences, including a high death toll overwhelming demands on its system. This situation highlights urgent need for stronger system country. study identifies interventions implemented during disease pandemics, their context, mechanisms outcome. A qualitative realist was conducted using semi-structured interviews with 21 experts across various sectors. Data were analyzed through content-directed analysis CIMO (Context-Intervention-Mechanism-Outcome) approach SPRP (Strategic Preparedness Response Plan) framework. collection occurred from March June 2024.
