A combined approach classical test theory (CTT) item response (IRT) then used multidimensional validation. CTT analysis showed that C-BENEFITS-CCCSAT had Cronbach's α coefficient 0.80, dimension reliability values ranging from 0.700 0.905, test-retest value 0.881, scale-level content validity index (S-CVI) 0.928. criterion-related 0.619. confirmatory factor (CFA) indicated good fit (CMIN/DF = 1.071, RMSEA 0.08), with loadings ≥0.50. Rasch an 1, person 0.76 0.89, separation 17.37 60.34, 1.76 2.89. information-weighted statistic mean square (infit MNSQ) outlier-sensitive (outfit all items ranged 0.86 1.27. Overall, scale demonstrated 25-item demonstrates can be applied educational settings ability provide care. Future studies should diverse populations further determine its applicability generalizability.
