Background The global outbreak of COVID-19 has brought to light the profound impact that large-scale disease outbreaks can have on healthcare systems and dedicated professionals who serve within them. <abstract> <p>The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected safety and well-being healthcare workers. A scoping review was conducted to highlight impact on safety, health, workers shed light concerns about their perceived support systems. literature search in three different databases from December 1, 2019, through July 20, 2022, find publications that meet aim this review. Using engines, 3087 articles were identified, after a rigorous assessment by two reviewers, 30 chosen for further analysis. Two themes emerged during analysis: health well-being. The primary concern staff mostly contracting COVID-19, infecting family members, caring patients with COVID-19. During pandemic, care appeared have anxiety, stress, uncertainty, burnout, lack sleep. Globally, nearly one-third of workplace violence (WPV) occurs in the health sector. Exposure to WPV among Jordanian nurses has been widely speculated be underreported. Understanding factors contributing and their consequences is limited. This study aimed examine explore suggestions for reducing working peripheral hospitals. descriptive, cross-sectional included 431 nurses. Data were collected using a self-report instrument between December 2022 June 2023. A modified version ILO/ICN/WHO/PSI Workplace Violence Health Sector Country Case Study Questionnaire developed validated 2003 was used. The ages participants ranged from 20 49 years. total 349 (81%) had experienced verbal violence, while 110 (25.5%) physical violence. The COVID-19 pandemic has tested health systems worldwide, exposing significant weaknesses and vulnerabilities, particularly its toll on healthcare workers (HCWs). This study aimed to identify risk factors leading Canadian HCWs consider leaving their positions due stress or burnout during the pandemic. Data from 2022 Survey Healthcare Workers' Experiences During Pandemic (SHCWEP) were analyzed using Shanafelt Noseworthy (2017) framework. We hypothesized that such as workload, work-life balance, resource availability, social community support at work, job environment—including organizational culture, values, flexibility—could influence HCWs' intentions leave burnout. Multivariable logistic regression models employed for each HCW group. SHCWEP survey had a 54.9% response rate, with 12,139 participating. Of these, 3,034 (25%) expressed an intention current job, within this group, 1,350 cited reason, representing 11% of total participants 44% those intending leave. The implementation of Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) has been shown to effectively prevent long-term psychological effects trauma. Additionally, it aids nurses in stabilising their emotional state and facilitates practical recovery. To investigate the effect MHFA on resilience capacity, organisational commitment, job insecurity turnover among working COVID-19 isolation units. Sixty units participated a quasi-experimental two-group, pre-post-test research. This study, which focuses on 227 participants (196 females and 31 males) comprising 187 clinical specialists 40 surgical physicians, examines the prevalence of burnout in medical specialists. We investigate effects emotional exhaustion (EE), Depersonalization (D), personal accomplishment (PA) dimensions professional satisfaction plans to change careers using modified licensed Maslach Burnout Inventory—Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS (MP)).
