Abstract Pain is a common and disabling symptom of cancer its treatment. This study aimed to provide an update on the prevalence, characteristics, impact pain quality life (QoL) in patients survivors France. Este trabalho consiste em uma revisão minuciosa das evidências atuais sobre o uso de medicamentos psicotrópicos durante a gravidez e lactação, com intuito avaliar os potenciais riscos benefícios para saúde mental da mãe do bebê. Serão abordados aspectos farmacocinéticos farmacodinâmicos dos principais psicotrópicos, bem como passagem placentária excreção no leite materno. Além disso, serão discutidos impactos desses na gestante, possíveis efeitos adversos neonatais, desenvolvimento cognitivo comportamental longo prazo, as recomendações clínicas práticas, considerações éticas legais relacionadas ao tema. Ao final, apresentados achados implicações prática clínica.
