cognitive
impairment
(MCI).
The
lack
effective
treatments
these
conditions
highlights
the
urgent
need
novel
therapeutic
approaches.
Recent
research
suggests
that
gut
microbiota-brain-gut
axis
plays
crucial
role
in
pathogenesis
hypertension
MCI
by
regulating
nervous,
endocrine,
immune
systems.
Acupuncture,
established
modality,
has
shown
promise
influencing
course
modulating
microbiota.
This
review
aims
summarize
mechanistic
relationships
between
microbiome,
hypertension,
MCI,
explore
potential
acupuncture
as
treatment
strategy
managing
Mild
Hypertension
concurrently.

review
the
theoretical
basis
and
therapeutic
effects
of
fecal
microbiota
transplantation
(FMT)
in
various
diseases
animal
experiments
clinical
studies,
as
well
limitations
current
standards
FMT
application.
PubMed
Web
Science
databases
were
searched
for
articles
published
only
English
between
1975
2023
on
reliable
results
treatment
FMT.
The
properties
gut
its
interactions
with
host
metabolism
are
critical
to
human
health,
microbiome
disturbance
is
closely
associated
intestinal
extra-intestinal
diseases.
Therefore,
tools
targeting
modulation
have
attracted
increasing
attention,
among
which
represents
most
widely
studied
intervention
strategy.
This
gathered
summarized
application
diseases,
metabolic
hypertension,
cancer,
nervous
system
arthritis,
elaborated
beneficial
that
can
be
achieved
by
altering
mechanisms
action.
In
addition,
potential
risks
side
approach
discussed,
efforts
standardize
development
Through
a
systemic
outcome
mechanism
we
aimed
provide
construction
an
optimized
framework,
so
better
exert
prospects.
