The global rise in population has led to an increased demand for food production, necessitating the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices. Traditional methods often rely on synthetic chemicals that negatively impact both human health and environment. This study aimed screen soil fungal strains plant-growth-promoting traits, specifically focusing their ability solubilize phosphates, produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), synthesize siderophores. The appropriate use of manure is important for the sustainable development dairy farms. To identify more advantageous ways using and key factors in recycling process, this study investigated differences soil fertility between solid liquid waste at an integrated farm. Both types promote fertility. However, exerted a pronounced effect on fertility, especially available phosphorus (P), which increased by 93.83%, but only 26.67% with manure. As amount was increased, clear logarithmic relationship (correlation coefficient = 0.90) formed P, indicating that P index recycling. Solid had positive influence terms microbial community change, as revealed redundancy analysis Pearson’s correlation analysis. results can be applied to most large-scale breeding farms, combination fertilizer used meet goals.
