Concrete cracks pose significant threats to concrete structures, causing immediate strength loss and leading gradual erosion that compromises structural integrity. Therefore, accurate automatic detection classification of cracks, along with the evaluation their effects on target are critically important. This study focuses No. 3 Huaiyin pumping station, a large-scale hydraulic structure Eastern Route South-to-North Water Diversion Project in Jiangsu, China. First, relevant field test literature is reviewed, finite element method applied investigate an existing crack 2 supporting wall. Using thermomechanically coupled numerical simulations, distribution tensile stress wall reported two cases: without crack. The findings indicate increase due relatively small can be considered negligible for Next, pretrained YOLOX network three types proposed retrained using collected datasets. mean average precision all reaches 80%. Finally, detect classify at station. approach will enhance high-quality management station because it labor-saving easy deploy.
