Abstract Organic materials featuring third harmonic generation (THG) hold great promise for deep‐tissue bioimaging due to their good biocompatibility and second near‐infrared excitation. However, minimizing photodamage from the incident light necessitates significant improvements in third‐order nonlinear susceptibility. Herein, an organic luminogen called OTBP is developed as a backward THG (BTHG) contrast agent (NIR‐II) angiography. OTBP's intense absorption at 433 nm resonantly enhances its BTHG efficiency when excited by 1300 femtosecond laser. In aggregate state, robust intermolecular interactions among molecules realize excellent crystallinity facile preparation of nanocrystals (NCs) with high refractive index 1.78. By leveraging Mie scattering theory, best size NCs collection attained. These integrated properties result NCs. Encapsulating F‐127 enables ultralow‐power but high‐contrast 3D vasculature imaging negligible background interference. Further elevating laser power 60 mW visualization microvessels 500 µm SNR 143. This study offers insights into material design strategies toward efficient agents paves way materials‐oriented non‐linear optics.

Scandium (Sc) isotopes have recently attracted significant attention in the search for new radionuclides with potential uses personalized medicine, especially treatment of specific cancer patient categories. In particular, Sc-43 and Sc-44, as positron emitters a satisfactory half-life (3.9 4.0 h, respectively), are ideal diagnosis via Positron Emission Tomography (PET). On other hand, Sc-47, an emitter beta particles low gamma radiation, may be used therapeutic radionuclide, which also allows Single-Photon Computed (SPECT) imaging. As these scandium follow same biological pathway chemical reactivity, they appear to fit perfectly into "theranostic pair" concept. A step-by-step description, initiating from moment isotope production leading up their preclinical clinical trial applications, is presented. Recent developments related nuclear reactions selected employed produce Sc-43, processing main target recovery methods included. Furthermore, radiolabeling chelator, 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA), its structural analogues discussed advantages disadvantages complexation evaluated.
